Markets We Ship To

We currently ship to customers in Canada. Orders outside these markets are not accepted at this time.

• United States: Estimated delivery times depend on your state and the carrier assigned to your shipment. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than standard estimates.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website. Not all shipping methods or carriers provide tracking; availability depends on the option selected at checkout.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to modify a shipping address once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched. If you notice an error in your address before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the change before dispatch.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs clearance, national holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in following up with the carrier where possible.
